SHIPPING, CANCELLING AND RETURNS POLICY

The owner of the e-store www.jonnastudio.com is OÜ Aeglane, (business reg. number 16777050), located at Haabneeme, Estonia.

When you place an order, the estimated shipping costs and delivery dates will be shown on the shipping quotes page based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Once the order is placed, we will send you an Order Confirmation by email. Your order will ship within 3 business days (Monday through Friday) to dispatch your items. Tracking emails will be automatically sent to you when your order ships. You can follow the tracking instructions to track the order.

OÜ Aeglane is not liable for delays, loss, damage to the package or the content once your order has shipped.

Preorder products and orders that contain also preorder products will have longer shipping time. If your order contains products with longer shipping times, you will be noted during checkout process.

CANCELLING

Cancelling an order is possible within 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation. You can only cancel your order by sending an email to info@jonnastudio.com State clearly your name and order number. If the canceled order has already been paid, it will be refunded within 14 days.

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you can return most new unopened items within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, with the responsibility of paying the return shipping costs. If the return is the result of an error on our part (receipt of an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will bear the return shipping costs.

Returns are to be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing their remarketing in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice. Damaged, soiled or incomplete products are not allowed to be returned.

To start a return, you should first contact us at info@jonnastudio.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Estonia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, only product cost will be refunded.
